Levin Law Group, LLP is a multistate law firm serving clients in California, Minnesota, Missouri, Indiana, Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. The focus of the firm’s practice is the representation of condominium, townhome and homeowner associations in the resolution of construction defect claims against developers and their contractors. We have helped a large number of associations to recover the cost of repairing defects to their projects.
The attorneys at Levin Law Group LLP have many years of collective experience in condominium law, construction defect law, insurance coverage and water damage claims. Normally the firm works on a contingent fee basis, which means that we receive a fee only if there is a recovery. The client may be responsible for costs, depending on the terms of the attorney-client agreement.
